摘要
铁路路基需要重点防范的工程风险有路基沉降、路基上拱、路堤局部塌陷、路堑边坡坍塌等,建设过程中要结合工程实际进行风险识别、风险分析、控制措施制定、过程控制落实等风险管理。本文归纳总结了路基工程重要风险因素和控制措施,论述了各管理环节的管理方法和控制重点,并建议在铁路工程建设中实行常态化和规范化的风险管理。
The main risks for railway embankment projects risk prevention include subgrade settlement, roadbed arch, partial collapse of the embankment, road slope collapse, etc. During construction process, process control and other risk manage- ment like risk identification, risk analysis, control measures are needed in combination with construction practice. The article summarizes the important risk factors and control measures, discusses various aspects of the management and key control points and recommends the implementation of the normalization and standardization of risk management in railway construction.
