摘要
披针叶茴香种子解剖表明,胚乳丰富,胚微小。种子透水性良好,经3.5个月层积处理,发芽率(或出苗率)能达到72%~78%。药剂处理结果显示,KNO3处理效果好于GA3,尤其是种子与拌有0.2%KNO3的湿沙相混后,在室外冷变温层积3.5个月的效果最好.出苗率高达96%,而春播干种子的出苗率只有3%。种子萌发的适宜温度为25℃和3O℃。
Dissecting the seed of Illicium lanceolatum discloses that it has a tiny embryo with a rich endosperm. The seed, having a goodwater permeability, Can reach a 72 % - 78% germination rate if firstly stratified for 3. 5 months. The results of chemical treatmentsshowed that the effect with KNO3 treatment was better than that of GA3, especially best affer the seeds had been mixed with 0. 2%KNO3 and wet sands and stratified outdoor with low teperature changing for 3. 5 months, seedling rate reaching 96%, but only 3%for the airdry seeds in spring sowing. The preference temperature of the seed germination was at 25- 3O℃.
