摘要
通过对胶锈菌 ( Gymnosporangium asiaticum,G.yamadai)的重寄生菌( Tuberculina vinosa)在 1 1种培养基上的产孢研究 ,试图探寻大量产生重寄生菌孢子、且价廉、适用于工厂化生产的培养基。结果表明 ,该重寄生菌在以面粉、玉米粉为主要原料 ,白糖、葡萄糖为碳源的 3、5、7号等 3种培养基上 ,2 7℃、荧光和黑暗 1 2小时交替的条件下 ,经 1 5天的培养 ,可获得大量重寄生菌的孢子 ,其产孢量为接种量的 70
The1 1 culture media for mass- production of conidia of Tuberculina vinosa have been studied to find out the mass- produced conidia culture media which are cheap,suitable for industry production.In the condition of 2 7℃ ,1 2 hours of fluorescence and 1 2 hours of darkness,and after 1 5days′ cultivation,the conidia of T.vinosa is inoculated on the number3,5and7media with wheat flour or maize flour main element,white suger or sucrose carbon sources,with the result of mass- production conidia of T.vinosa.The yeild of the conidia is more than70 0 times of the inoculation yield.
