摘要
高压水射流切割技术是近 2 0多年来发展起来的新技术和新工艺 ,已在世界上几十个国家的许多工业部门获得了广泛的应用。本文综述了该技术的基本原理、系统组成、在工业中的应用、国外最新发展动向 ,并对如何发展我国的水射流切割技术 。
High pressure water jet cutting is a new technique in recent decades. The theory is based on the use of water as carrier of energy, and it is a new cutting method for all kinds of materials using high speed water jet. It mainly includes a pressurizing system, an abrasive supplying system, a controlling system and an accessory system. High pressure water jet can cut metallic or nonmetallic plastic or hard brittle materials. It is a cold cutting technique, so the physical properties, mechanical properties of materials and intercrystalline structure couldn't be destroyed. In addition, they don't need the second process. Its cutting effect is incomparable especially for special materials. The technique is widely used in automobile, aviation, casting, electron, computing industry and so on. The developing trends of this technique at abroad were introduced. At last, several personal views of how to develop it in China were brought up.
