摘要
本文介绍网球馆地面散拼提升单元与高空散拼单元相结合的网架施工技术。网球馆平面形状近似椭圆形,2/3部分地下室顶板无建筑物,为比赛场地面,可采用地面散拼,液压提升;1/3部分地下室顶板存在两层砼结构,为看台及功能用房,采用搭满堂脚手架,高空散拼。网架地面散拼单元和高空散拼单元拼装完后,将地面部分提升至设计高度,采取补杆措施,将两部分连接成整体,形成完整的椭圆形网架屋盖。
This article introduces the grid construction technic using in the combination of ground scattered assembly lift and high attitude scattered assembly lilt in the place of a tennis hall. The plan shape of the tennis hall is approximate oval. 2/3 of its basement roof is playing field, no buildings sitting on it. So ground scattered assembly with hydraulic pressure lift can be used. Another 1/3 of basement roof is stand and function rooms, two floors reinforce concrete structure building sitting on it. In this part full scaffold and high attitude seattm,ed assembly can be used. After finishing of ground scattered assembly and high attitude scattered assembly, the ground part will be lifted to the design height. Then the two parts will be combined together with reinforcing bars. Therefore a complete oval grid roof is shaped.
