互联网作为电子商务载体,已成为企业不可或缺的信息采集、传输和交换工具。电子商务是利用现代先进电子技术尤其是网络技术开展的新型商务模式,具有开放性、不受时空限制、低成本和高效率等特征。电子商务可以有效降低企业成本,迅速开辟新市场,给中小企业发展创造机遇,使中小企业能以较低的成本进入由大企业占优势的竞争环境,电子商务投入已被大多数中小企业列为企业常规预算。
Internet ,a carrier of e-commerce is necessary for enterprise to gather , convey and exchange information. E- commerce which uses modern electronic technology, especially network to start a new business model is open, without the limitation of time and space, low cost and high efficiency. E-commerce can reduce the enterprise cost, exploit new markets rapidly and bring opportunities to small and medium-sized enterprises to make them enter into the competitive environment dominated by large enterprises with low cost, The investment of electronic commerce has been a major part of the regular budget in enterprise.
