超声影像学在双胎输血综合征的预测和产前诊断中的应用 被引量：9

摘要 双胎输血综合征（twin-twin transfusion syndrome,TTTS）是双胎妊娠的常见并发症,绝大多数发生于单卵双胎中的单绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎（monochorionic diamniotic,MCDA）,在单绒毛膜单羊膜囊双胎中罕见[1].单卵双胎的发生率占双胎妊娠的1/3,MCDA占单卵双胎的3/4,而TTTS发生率占MCDA的8％～10％[2-4].体外受精（in vitro fertilization,IVF）使单卵双胎的发生率升高2～12倍.IVF形成的MCDA也会发生TTTS[5].如果不予治疗,TTTS的胎儿死亡率可达80％～100％[6-7],存活儿致残率为15％～50％,神经系统损伤率为10％～30％[8].早期预测和早期诊断TTTS有助于早期治疗.现就超声影像学在TTTS的预测和产前诊断中的应用综述如下.
