摘要
本文报道了以番鸭为父本测试品系 ,对半番鸭母本进行后裔半番鸭白羽性状选育的世代进展及选择效果分析。结果表明经 4个世代选择 ,半番鸭 1～ 3级羽色从 58 40 %提高到 93 49% ,半番鸭白羽色评分的世代平均值从 5 77提高到 8 42 ,实现遗传力 3代平均为 0 6 6 38,选育效果明显 ,同时还显示了半番鸭羽色遗传的复杂性和白羽性状选育的难度。
WT5BZ]This paper reported that taking muscovy duck as male parent test strain,the generation development and selection response analysis of the progeny mule duck′s white plumage breeding were engaged in on the female parent of mule ducks.The result showed that through the selection of four generations,the white plumage rate of 1 3 degrees of mule duck was increased from 58 40% to 93 49%.The generation averaged score of mule duck′s white plumage was increased from 5 77 to 8 42 The realized heritability of three generations averaged 0 6638 The selection result was tangible.In the meantime,the complex nature of the mule duck′s plumage colour heridity and the difficulties of white plumage breeding are also showed.
