摘要
城市森林是衡量城市可持续发展水平和文明程度的重要标志。文中分析海盐县环境经济概况和建设条件,提出森林城市建设的总体布局以及森林生态网络、森林生态文化、森林生态保护和森林产业建设规划体系,提出近期重点建设工程,为海盐县森林城市建设提供参考。
Forestcityis an important symbol ofsustainablecitydevelopmentand the degree of civilization. This paper analyzedthe environmental and economic conditions in Hai＇yan County, and came up with the master plan for forest city building as well as the planning system for forest ecological network, forest ecological culture, forest ecological protection and forest industry development. This paper also proposed the key projects for building a forest city that should be started in the near future.
