摘要
:放置含有 0 .3 g孕酮的阴道栓 (CIRD)配合肌肉注射 PMSG,对布尔母山羊进行同期发情处理 ,取栓后 3 6～ 55h内的同期发情率为 1 0 0 % ,第一情期受胎率为53 .85% ,3个情期受胎率为 1 0 0 % ,平均产羔率为 2 54.54%。采用阴道栓配合 FSH进行超排处理的布尔山羊供体 ,4 8h的同期发情率为 94 .5%。放置阴道栓或肌注 PG处理的关中奶山羊受体 4 8h内同期发情率为 83 .94 %。
coordinated with PMSG,vaginal sponage containing 0.3 g progesterone analongue was used to treat Boer doe for estrus synchronization,The rate of estrus synchronization octtained 100% in 36~55 h.the pregnanacy rate was 53.85% in the first estrus cycle,and which was 100% through three estrus cycles,lambing percentage averaged 254.54%.The esturs synchronization rate of Boer buck was 94.5% in 48 h when buck were treated for superovulation with vaginal sponage coordinated with FSH.The estrus synchronization rate of Guan zhong milk goad was 83.94% in 48 h when treated with vaginal sponage or PG analogue.
