摘要
用阿利辛蓝(Alcian blue pH2.5)染色法及淀粉酶(diastase)消化后PAS染色法定量观察27例(侧)广州地区育龄期妇女输卵管粘膜上皮细胞内中性粘蛋白及酸性粘蛋白的含量。结果表明:输卵管粘膜上皮细胞内缺乏酸性粘蛋白,而峡部、壶腹部分泌细胞内中性粘蛋白含量随生殖周期而变化。增殖期呈逐增趋势,至分泌早期达最高峰,随后又逐渐减少。漏斗部中性粘蛋白变化不明显。
A total 27 human fallopian tubes in different phases of the normal menstrual cycle were studied.No cellular acid mucin was detected in the secretory cells of the epithelium, but the secretory cells contained neutral mucin.The neutral mucin in the isthmus and the ampulla increased in the proliferative phase,which reached a maximun level in the early secretory phase.This was followed by a decrease in the level during the late secretory phase.There was not change of content in the fimbrial secretory cells.
