肝移植治疗无功能性胰岛细胞瘤肝转移术后二次行肝切除一例

摘要 患者男性,51岁.2004年10月28日因胰腺体尾部占位,在外院行胰体尾切除、脾切除术,术后病理诊断为恶性胰岛细胞瘤.2005年12月超声检查发现肝内多发转移灶,间断行动脉插管化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗3次.2008年3月因“肝脏多发肿物”入我院治疗.患者入院后查白蛋白37.9 g/L,ALT 17.1 IU/L,AST 41.7 IU/L,总胆红素36.9 μmol/L,直接胆红素23.8 μmol/L,凝血酶原时间15 s.
