摘要
胃是消化道微生态系统中一个特别的区域,由于胃酸分泌而构成了其独特的生态环境和特征性的微生物群落。目前大部分研究主要针对肠道微生物群落,而关注消化道微生态与胃部疾病关系者少见。因此,现就目前胃内菌群与胃部疾病(胃炎、胃癌及胃息肉)关系的研究现状及前景进行概述。
