胃壁脓肿一例 被引量：7

摘要 患者女。47岁．因剑突下隐痛4d于2012年12月l5日入院。患者4d前无明显诱因出现剑突下隐痛不适，呈持续性，可忍受，无他处放射痛．伴腹胀，无恶心、呕吐，无畏寒、发热．无呕血、黑便。当地医院胃镜检查示胃窦黏膜下肿瘤。患者既往体健。入院后行体格检查，体温36．9C．上腹稍紧张．无压痛和反跳痛。血常规、血生物化学检查、胸部X线片均未见明显异常。
