摘要
通过对知识经济下科技期刊的特征分析 ,指出在知识经济活动中 ,科技期刊是传播科技信息的重要载体。科技期刊编辑人员学术意识是关系到科技期刊质量和生存的关键。科技期刊编辑人员除具备一般期刊编辑人员必须具备的专业素质外 ,还必须具备较高的学术意识 ,要不断地提高自己在科技期刊编辑领域的学术造诣 ,努力成为本学科的专家 。
By analyzing the features of scientific journals under the knowledge-based economy, this paper points out that scientific journals serve as a most information carrier in knowledge-based economic activities. Yet the key decisive factor of journals’quality and even survival is the scientific consciousness of editorial staff. To be qualified, they need to be equipped with good academic consciousness as well as professional qualities, and then go further to improve their academic attainments or even become specialists in the field. Then the quality of scientific journals will be improved accordingly.
