摘要
本文首先分析了沈阳市地籍数据库的特性、功能和管理手段,结合变更地籍的权属调查与测量工作,对地籍变更过程中的地籍数据更新与处理工作进行了初步的研究,重点阐述变更界址点的测量方法,以及地籍数据更新的实现过程。
This paper analyzes the characteristics, Shenyang City cadastral database functions and management methods, combined with the cadastral management authority investigation and surveying, cadastral alteration of cadastral data in the process of updating and processing work has conducted the preliminary research, focuses on the change of measurement method of boundary points, as well as the cadastral data updating process.
