项目后评价是项目管理的重要内容,是项目基本建设程序的最终环节,也是衡量一个项目是否达到预期效果的重要方法。后评价通过对产能建设项目实施前期、实施过程、生产运行、项目接续等多个方面对产能建设项目进行综合性评价,不断总结经验,找到持续提升项目管理水平的新途径,对油田的后续开发具有十分重要的意义。
