摘要
目的:探讨TRA2B在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况,并分析其与肺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:Western blot检测6对肺癌组织和癌旁非肿瘤组织中TRA2B的蛋白表达水平,免疫组织化学染色分析93例非小细胞肺癌组织中TRA2B的表达。结果:TRA2B在肺癌组织中表达水平高于癌旁非肿瘤组织,TRA2B的表达情况与肺癌的分化程度以及临床分级相关(P<0.05)。结论:TRA2B在非小细胞肺癌中表达上调,提示TRA2B可能可以作为诊断肺癌的潜在标记物以及治疗的潜在靶点。
Objective： To analyze the expression of TRA2B in Non-small cell lung cancer and the relationship be-tween the expression of TRA2B and its clinicopathologic variables. Methods： The expression of TRA2B in 6 pairs of tu-mor tissues and adjacent nontumorous tissues was detected by Western blot, and immunohistochemistry technique was used to analyze the expression of TRA2B in 93 lung cancer samples. Results： The expression of TRA2B was higeher in lung cancer tissues than in adjacent nontumorous tissues and the expression of TRA2B had a correlation with the clinical stage and histological differentiation. Conclusion： TRA2B was overexpressed in lung cancer and TRA2B might be a potential marker for lung cancer diagnosis and a potential target for lung cancer therapy.
