摘要
目的 检验适用于糖尿病患者胰岛素笔应用能力的评估工具的信效度.方法 查阅文献并结合访谈患者,发展条目池;专家咨询和预试验等方法,形成包含3个因子20个条目的初始量表;调查苏州地区200例应用胰岛素笔治疗的糖尿病患者,评价量表的信效度.结果 探索性因素分析得到含有12个条目的3个公因子,累积解释变量为56.983％,内容效度为0.97,Cronbach α系数为0.765,奇偶折半系数为0.772,重测信度系数为0.910.结论 本工具有较好的信效度,适用于评价糖尿病患者对胰岛素笔的应用能力.
Objective To develop the tool for assessing application ability of insulin pen of diabetes mellitus （DM） patients.Methods The item pool was formulated based on literature review and in-depth interviews and original tool.An initial tool was constructed through expert consultation and preliminary test.Totally 200 insulin-pen-using diabetics from Suzhou were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the tool.Results 3 factors containing 12 items were extracted by exploratory factor analysis.The 12 items could explain 56.983% of the total variance.The content validity index was 0.97,the Cronbach＆#39;s α was 0.765,and test-retest reliability was 0.910.Conclusions The tool is proved to be a reliable and valid tool for assessing application ability of insulin pen of DM patients.
