摘要
本文在分析和研究烟草企业对生产管理的实际需求的基础上,提出了一套解决方案,将制造执行系统引入生产管理过程,提高生产管理的信息化程度和生产效率。通过在企业的实际应用,证明了制造执行系统对烟草企业的管理和生产效率具有明显的提高作用。
Based on the analysis and research on actual demand of production management in tobacco compa-nies, this paper puts forward a set of solutions by introducing manufacturing execution system into production pro-cess management to improve information level of production management and the production efficiency. Through the practical application in the enterprise, we proved that manufacturing execution system has a significantly im-provement in tobacco enterprise management and production efficiency.
