摘要
在应用FEA软件对汽轮机长叶片进行结构分析时,在网格质量有所保证的情况下,单元类型的选择也会对计算结果的精确性产生明显的影响。以ABAQUS为计算工具,分别采用一阶线性的完全积分单元、非协调单元与减缩积分单元对简化的汽轮机长叶片模型进行了分析,结果表明,三种网格单元类型下的计算结果有较大差异,目前使用的减缩积分单元能够较好地分析长叶片的受力状态。但是,在网格质量有差异以及受力更加复杂的情况下,如何选取单元类型还有待进一步分析。
Different element types have influence on the accuracy of stress calculation of turbine last-stage blade under the same mesh quality. Using the ABAQUS software, the simplified turbine blade is analyzed by linear full- integration element, incompatible mode element and reduced-integration element specifically. The results show that different element types lead to significant difference in both stress and displacement. Reduced-integration element is most suitable for analyzing turbine last-stage blade. However, the situation under more complicated stress state or bad mesh quality need to be further studied.
