摘要
普林斯顿大学汉语教学秉承和发展了赵元任先生开创的汉语训练法及明德学院的汉语教学管理模式,对汉语教师的非言语行为不成文的规范和要求,优秀汉语教师的非言语行为基本形成了"激情派"和"温婉派"两大风格类型。文章选取普林斯顿大学"温婉派"典型、三年级优秀教师兼课程主任的录音录像,对优秀教师课堂体态语和副言语进行量化统计分析,从而揭示出美国高校优秀汉语教师课堂教学的风格与特色。
The Chinese-language teaching at Princeton University inherits and develops the Chinese training method initiated by Mr. Zhao Yuanren and the management model of Middlebury College. The university has strict regulations and requirements for the Chinese teachers" nonverbal behaviors. The nonverbal behaviors of excellent Chinese teachers at Princeton University have two styles, namely "passionate style" and "graceful style". This paper gives a video-recording of one outstanding teacher who is the curriculum director for junior students at Princeton University and represents the "graceful style". The quantitative statistical analysis of the paralanguage and body language of this teacher reveals the style and characteristics of excellent Chinese-language teachers in American universities.
