摘要
教育环节对思想政治教育活动产生重要影响。思想政治教育方案制定、方案实施、方案评估三大环节不同程度地导致思想政治教育低效性。为增强思想政治教育实效性,应将思想政治教育与人民群众利益紧密结合,从教育对象的实际情况出发确立思想政治教育的目标和内容,提升教育者和教育对象自身素质,完善奖惩机制,建立外部监督评估机制。
The education scheme exerts an important impact on the ideological and political education. The layout of ideological and political education plan, its practice and evaluation in some degree result in the low efficiency of ideological and political education. In order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education, measures should be taken to integrate the ideological and political education with interest of the common people, set a goal and make clear the content of ideological and political education from the actual condition of educatees, enhance educators and educatees＇quality, improve the reward and punishment mechanism and establish the external supervision and evaluation mechanisms.
