摘要
对霍尔效应、量子霍尔效应、量子反常霍尔效应等霍尔效应家族一系列成员进行了介绍,并给出了各效应的应用或应用前景,首次综述了霍尔效应家族的发展史。
A series of the Hall Effect family ,such as Hall Effect , Quantum Hall Effect, Quantum Anomalous Hall Effect and so on, are introduced.The effect of application or application prospect for the series of Hall Effect are given.The development history of Hall Effect family is reviewed for the first time.
