摘要
针对开滦集团东欢坨矿8#煤层深部开采动压回采巷道剧烈底鼓现象,本文采用有限差分软件FLAC对不同底鼓治理措施(底板卸压槽、底板锚杆及底板钻孔)进行数值模拟,分析各种防治措施下巷道底板位移及应力分布特征,提出卸压法(底板卸压槽)与加固法(底角锚杆)相结合的底鼓控制措施。继而将"卸压与加固"联合控制底鼓方案应用于一条典型的回采巷道底鼓地段,治理效果表明底鼓量及变形速率均在可控范围之内,该联合技术控制底鼓效果显著。
In order to control the severe floor heave of the roadway induced by deep mining in Donghuantuo Coal Mine, the various controlling measures are simulated by numerical simulation software FLAC , such as pressure-relief groove, floor bolting, and floor drilling.The stress distribution and displacement characteris-tics of the roadway floor are analyzed in the condition of different measures.Additionally the combinatorial controlling measure of pressure relief method (pressure-relief groove) and reinforcement method (floor bol-ting) is put forward.And these control methods have been applied to a typical roadway affected by mining.The engineering test results show that the maximum displacement and the maximum rate of floor heave are within the controllable range and the combinatorial controlling technique can effectively control the floor heave .
