2009年全运会男子跳远冠军张晓一关键运动技术分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用文献研究法、专家访谈法、二维录像测试分析法和数理统计分析法,对我国男子优秀跳远运动员张晓一在第11届全运会跳远决赛中进行了关键运动技术分析和研究。相关的结果和研究结论为:1、张晓一在全运会上助跑速度都超过了10.50m/s的世界水平,其能力达到了世界级优秀运动员的水平。2、张晓一在全运会上踏板速度能力较好,达到了10.45m/s的水平,起跳瞬间的水平速度较大,而垂直速度不足,导致了起跳角度偏低(只有18°左右),远低于世界优秀远低于水平。这表明张晓一还有较大的成绩提高空间。3、踏板精度对跳远运动员创造优秀成绩提供了良好的必要条件,跳远运动员必须要有精确的踏板精度才能创造优异的成绩。4、跳远运动员最后两步的步长差异不能太大,跑动一定要具有较好的节奏性,后两步步长按照"大→小"的节奏进行。 This paper used the literature survey , the expert consultation method , the 2-D video analyses method and Mathematical statistics method , researched on the sport technique of Chinese elite long jumper named Xiaoyi zhang, who got the championship in the final men jump displine in the 11th National Games.Some key parameters were analyzed and researched and evaluated .Based on these methods , we could get the relevant researchful result and conclusion:1) the velocity ability of Xiaoyi zhang has reached the world -class level, his approach run ve-locity excessed 10.50m/s.2) the touched on the board velocity of Xiaoyi zhang was very high , it reached 10. 45m/s, but the horizontal velocity was good and the vertical velocity not enough , so it caused the angle of take -off was lower than the world -class jumper .If he improves his the angles of take -off he must be increase his a-chievement .3) The accuracy of touch on the board can serves for the jumper getting better result;the long jumper must get the good accuracy of touch on the board , in order to get the best result .4) the length of the approach run last two stride needn’t difference, the approach run must have rhythm, the length of the last second stride should longer than the last first stride ’ s.
