摘要
金隆铜业公司针对电解行车轨道的轨道压板易松脱、轨道梁上灌浆层多处破损、轨道焊接接头状况不良、接头处振动大等缺陷进行合理分析,再确定合适的治理方案并实施,从而大大提高行车轨道的使用寿命,给各单位在电解轨道新建、检修时提供参考.
Jinlong Copper Company analyzed the faults of electrolytic driving crane, in which the rail platen is apt to get loose, the grouting on the rail beam has many damages, the rail joint welding is bad, and the joint vibration is severe. Then appropriate treat- ment plan was determined and implemented, thus it greatly improved the service life of the crane rail, providing reference for electrolytic rail construction and maintenance of other units.
