摘要
介绍了单手柄差动开关在江西铜业集团贵溪冶炼厂备料车间四绳抓斗吊车中的应用,叙述了差动开关的结构和控制原理。改进后的控制系统增加了对支持机构的慢档控制,通过单手柄控制系统与原控制系统的优缺点对比,可以实现自动沉抓并起升,并通过按纽盒快速、安全的完成更换钢丝绳等检修任务。
This paper introduces the application of single handle differential switch of our rope clamshell crane at the leedmg - preparation workshop of Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation, and the structure and control principle of the differential switch. The improved control system adds support to gear mechanism control, which can realize automatic deep grabbing and lifting by compa- ring the advantages and disadvantages of single handle control system and the original control system, and complete the maintenance work like replacing the wire rope fast and safely by using the button box.
