摘要
简要介绍了当前我国市政工程施工管理的现状以及主要问题,结合出现的主要问题,从施工质量管理、施工现场管理、施工监理等三个方面探讨了如何做好市政工程施工的管理工作,以确保市政工程的施工质量。
This paper briefly introduced the current situation and main problems of municipal construction management in our country, combining with the main problems, discussed how to do well the management work of municipal engineering construction from construction quality manage ment, construction site management, construction supervision three aspects, so as to ensure the construction quality of municipal engineering.
