摘要
通过条件摸索和优化,建立了用气相色谱法测定地表水中三氯乙醛(C2HCl3O)的方法.结果表明,标准曲线线性好,回收率为89%~ 104%.通过对实际水样进行检测,该方法能够快速、准确地对样品进行测定.
After optimization of test conditions, method for determination of chloral in surface water by gas chromatography coupled was established. The results shows that standard curve was of good linearity, and recovery rate was 89%-104%. Using this method to detect the practical water samples, the results showed that it could detect the sample rapidly and exactly.
