摘要
锅炉设备安装主要分为钢架、压力容器(联箱)、平台扶梯、受热面、辅助管道、浇注料等部分,除钢架和联箱外,其余几部分对锅炉安装质量有着举足轻重的作用。以西北电力设计院新疆米东2×300 MW热电联产工程为对象,对锅炉这几部分安装的质量控制要点进行论述。
The installation of boiler unit mainly includes the steel frame, pressure vessel （header）, platform ladder, heating surface, auxiliary piping, castable, etc., which are of significant effect on the quality of boiler installation except the steel frame and header. With Xijiang Midong 2×300 MW cogeneration project of Northwest Electric Power Design Institute as the object, the key points of quality control in the installation of these parts of the boiler are discussed.
