摘要
在深刻理解CDIO和卓越工程师培养计划的工程教育理念基础上,为培养适应地方人才市场需求的工程技术人员,结合我院环境工程专业现状,初步建立了包括"目标+基本要求+方法"的环境工程专业"环保工程师"人才培养模式,制定出"环保工程师"人才培养模式的培养目标和基本要求以及实现目标要求的方法和手段,并应用于我院环境工程专业13级人才培养方案和教学计划制定中。
On the basis of the engineer education idea of the excellent engineer scheming and CDIO, for training engineering and technical personnel to adapt to the local talent demand, considering the present situation of environment engineering of Tang Shan College, Environmental Engineers Training Mode are built. In this mode, aim, requirements and methods are included and concrete worked out. The mode had been applied in the talent training program and the teaching plan of environmental engineering of Tangshan College.
