微波消解-ICP-MS法测定贝类中的重金属含量 被引量:2

摘要 我国沿海海域海产品的重金属污染问题日益严重,食用了受重金属污染的海产品体内各器官都会受到很大程度的损害。在海产品的重金属污染问题中,贝类受污染的程度尤其严重。本研究使用较为先进的微波消解-ICP-MS法对贝类海产中的铅、镉、铜3种重金属元素进行测定,针对不同的贝类样品进样测定1验证了使用本方法测定贝类中的重金属元素,操作简便,精确度高,该方法为海产品重金属元素的监测工作和质量控制提供了科学依据。 Seafood's heavy metal elements pollution problem in our country coastal is increasingly serious, people' various organs will heavily damage by eating heavy metal elements contaminated seafood. Heavy metal elements pollution in seafood, shellfish is serious especially. This study uses relatively advanced -ICP-MS with microwave digestion method on shellfish in the Lead, Cadmium, Copper 3 heavy metal elements were determined, Finally the different shellfish sample will be determined and the use of this method for the determination of heavy metal elements in shellfish will be validated. Convenient operation, high accuracy, it provides a scientific basis for the method of the seafood's heavy metal elements monitoring work and quality control.
