摘要
介绍了聚醚装置离心泵密封的结构特点。通过论证工艺条件,论证了改造聚醚装置离心泵密封的可能性,指出了改造离心泵的结构形式及优化改进方法。离心泵结构的改造很好地解决了离心泵在高速旋转状态下轴密封机构的泄漏问题。离心泵的密封结构优化改进实现安全、长周期、高效的运转。机械密封经过改造后,取得了良好的经济效益。
Described are the structure features of polyether device of centrifugal pump seal. Through the argumentation process conditions, and proves the possibility to transform polyether device seal of centrifugal pump, points out the method to improve the structure and optimization of agitators. Transformation of agitator structure is a good solution to the centrifugal pump under high rotation speed of the shaft sealing mechanism leakage problem. The sealing structure optimization to achieve safe operation, long period, high efficient centrifugal pump. Mechanical seal after transformation, and achieved good economic benefit.
