摘要
在机电一体化产品中,步进电机作为运动执行元件,被广泛地应用在生产加工领域中。然而,随着工业生产强度的加大,传统的步进电机在精度和可靠性方面已不能满足使用需求,因而,需要对步进电机的控制机理加以改善,以提高其精度和运行的可靠性。以24BYJ48四相八步式电机为例,从步进电机的工作原理出发,对通过单片机与软、硬件结合的方式,对其进行自动化控制系统的方法加以论述,以实现步进电机高精度、高可靠性的运行状态。

However, with the strength of the industrial production increase, the traditional stepper motor used in accuracy and reliability can not meet the requirements, therefore, need the control mechanism of the stepper motor to improve, to improve its accuracy and reliability of operation. In 24 byj48 four phase eight step motor as an example, starting from the working principle of stepper motor, by single-chip microcomputer and the combination of software and hardware, the method of the automatic control system of it, in order to realize the operation of the stepping motor and high precision, high reliability.
