摘要
从污水处理厂提取活性污泥样品,通过分离、培养和驯化,得到能够降解氯代苯胺的复合菌,所得到的复合菌对氯苯胺的耐受性高于自然水体中的混合细菌。经过对氯苯胺选择性培养基驯化后发现,通过驯化培养的复合菌在时氯苯胺的降解实验中具有很好的降解效果。
Extracted from sewage treatment plant activated sludge samples, through the separation, cultivation and domestication, are able to degrade chlorinated aniline compound bacteria, the resulting compound bacterium of chloroaniline tolerance than a mixture of bacteria in natural water bodies. Found that after domestication of chloroaniline selective culture medium of chloroaniline through inoculating culture compound bacteria in the degradation of experiment has good degradation effect.
