健康档案信息化是档案提供利用的必然趋势,是居民健康管理的一种有效工具。信息化的卫生服务档案主要涵盖了电子病历与健康电子档案。本文从曲靖市居民健康档案信息化的现状出发,探讨健康档案信息化存在的问题与策略。
