凝聚胺法与微柱凝集法检测孕妇IgG血型抗体效价应用比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的 比较凝聚胺法与微柱凝集法检测孕妇IgG血型抗体效价的效果.方法 选择2012年1月~2013年1月杭州市第一人民医院就诊的ABO血型不合的O型孕妇380例为研究对象,分别采用凝聚胺法与微柱凝集法检测IgG抗A(B)效价,比较两种检测方法的效率;分析ABO血型不合孕妇IgG抗A(B)效价与妊娠次数及年龄的关系.结果 ①在380例ABO血型不合孕妇中,>1次妊娠孕妇检出IgG抗A(B)效价≥1∶64者所占比例[77.5%(110/142)]多于1次妊娠者[39.5% (94/238)],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);年龄31~40岁孕妇IgG抗A(B)效价≥1∶64者[61.4%(156/254)]多于21~30岁孕妇[38.1%(48/126)],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).②380例血型不合孕妇中,微柱凝集法检测IgG抗A(B)效价≥1∶64者共352例,IgG抗A(B)效价<1∶64者28例,凝聚胺法检测IgG抗A(B)效价≥1∶64者共302例,<1∶64者78例,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微柱凝集法有操作简便、结果准确、敏感性高、易标准化等诸多优点,更具临床应用价值. Objective To compare the effect of polybrene method and micro-column agglutination assay in detecting of pregnant women maternal IgG blood antibody.Methods 380 O blood type pregnant women with ABO blood type incompatibility in the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou City from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected as study objects.Polybrene method and micro-column agglutination assay were used to detect the titer of IgG blood antibody,the efficiency of the two methods was compared.The relationship of IgG-A and IgG-B blood antibody titer and number of pregnancies,age in O blood type pregnant woman of ABO blood type incompatibility was analyzed.Results ①The percentage of IgG-A,IgG-B blood antibody titer ≥ 1∶64 in pregnant woman with 〉1 time of pregnancy [77.5% (110/142)]was more than that in pregnant woman with 1 time of pregnancy [39.5% (94/238)],the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).The percentage of IgG-A,IgG-B blood antibody titer ≥ 1∶64 in pregnant woman of 31-40 years old [61.4% (156/254)] was more than that in pregnant woman of 21-30 years old [38.1% (48/126)],the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).②352 cases of IgG blood antibody titer ≥ 1∶64 and 28 cases of IgG blood antibody titer 〈1∶64 were found by the method of polybrene,302 cases of IgG blood antibody titer ≥ 1∶64 and 78 cases of IgG blood antibody titer 〈1∶64 were found by the method of micro-column agglutination,the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Micro-column agglutination method has the advantage of easy operation,consequence accuracy,high sensibility,and has more clinical application value.
