摘要
目的 了解子宫瘢痕妊娠子宫动脉栓塞治疗（UAE）后患者的妊娠情况及结局,探讨该治疗方法对生育功能的影响.方法 对深圳市妇幼保健院2010～2012年住院因子宫瘢痕妊娠行UAE的病例53例进行追踪观察,电话随访,了解治疗后妊娠情况及结局.结果 ①21例有生育要求患者中有6例妊娠（5例足月剖宫产分娩,1例妊娠14周）,均为自然受孕.受孕时间为术后5～24个月,平均为15.2个月.②没有生育要求的32例患者中,有1例意外受孕行人工流产术.1例再次为子宫瘢痕处妊娠,再次行子宫动脉栓塞术后清宫治疗.③1例目前正在妊娠者,行唐氏筛查低风险,超声符合孕周,发育良好.④28例月经量有不同程度减少,占52.8％,其中明显减少有12例,占22.6％.结论 子宫瘢痕妊娠UAE治疗后可以正常受孕和分娩,但对子宫内膜有一定影响.
Objective To understand pregnancy and outcomes of uterine artery embolization（UAE） treating for cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP） patients,discuss its influence on the potential procreation.Methods 53 CSP patients after UAE and curettage were followed-up observation from 2010 to 2012 and the effects on pregnancy and outcome were evaluated.Results ①Among the 21 cases who desired for pregnancy,6 cases successfully conceived （5 cases delivered by cesarean,1 case was pregnant for 14 weeks）,they were pregnant naturally.The time period between UAE and pregnancy was 5-24 months,the average time was 15.2 months.②Among the 32 cases without desired for pregnancy,1 case was artificial abortion,1 case was CSP and cured by UAE and curettage again.③1 case was pregnant for 14 weeks,and fetus growedl normally.④After UAE,the menstruations reduced were 28 cases （about 52.8%）,among them,12 cases showed menstruations reduced abviouslly （about 22.6%）.Conclusion The CSP patients can be fertilized normally after UAE and curettage,but it has effect on the endometrial.
