摘要
在采用按需喷墨喷印方式的喷码控制系统中,为了提高墨水从电磁阀中喷射出的速度,从而提高喷码机的喷印质量,系统通过微型气泵给墨水加压;鉴于容器的耐压程度和系统的稳定性,要求气泵必须工作在一定的气压范围内,同时要求系统具有检测气泵故障的功能;系统采用压力传感器实时检测气泵压力,控制气泵在一定的气压范围内工作,气压范围可以通过人机交互界面设定,气泵压力超出设定压力范围、气泵出现故障工作超时时,蜂鸣器报警;应用结果表明:采用压阻式压力传感器不仅实现了压力的高精度测量,还具有安装方便、可靠性高、寿命长、电路简单、易于维护等优点。
In the inkjet drop--on--demand inkjet printing mode control system, in order to improve the ejected from the electromagnetic valve in ink velocity, so as to improve the quality of jet printing of the printing machine, system pressures the ink through the micro air pump. In view of the degree of pressure container, air pump must work in a certain range, and system must have the function of fault detec- tion, improving the stability of ink jet printer. Pressure sensor can detect the pressure of the air pump in real time, to make air pump under control. Pressure range can be set through the man--machine interface. The buzzer alarms, when the pressure of air pump exceeded the range of setting pressure or pump works overtime. Application results show that the piezoresistive pressure sensor not only has high accuracy measurement of pressure, but also has the advantages of convenient installation, high reliability, long service life, simple circuit, easy main- tenance etc.
