摘要
从设备结构、受力分析等方面对氧化装置干燥机托轮,轮带表面产生点蚀和剥伤的原因进行了分析。通过对外方设计的不合理结构予以改造,提高干燥机的平稳运行率,从而达到装置安稳长周期运行。
The reasons for the pitting and stripping injury on the supporting wheel and tire surface of PTA oxidation unit dryer were analysed from equipment structure and force analysis. Through transformation of the unreasonable structure designed by foreigner, improving the smooth running rate of the dryer, long period stable operation of the plant was achieved.
