摘要
基于中部崛起的战略背景,以金融中心的示范效应、集聚效应、辐射效应带动中部区域社会、经济的发展,在中部建设一个区域金融中心已达成共识,金融中心的选址需要严格的研究与论证。本文借鉴城市竞争力理论,利用因子分析方法进行分析,计算中部六省省会城市各个因子的得分和综合得分,并进行了排序。实证结果表明,无论从单个指标还是综合排名来看,武汉在中部区域中的优势最为明显,因而是最适合建设区域金融中心的城市。
It has been reached a consensus building a regional financial in the middle area, based on the strategic back-ground of the rise of central. It will promote the development of society and economic taking advantage of the demonstrate effect, accumulative effect and radiation effect of the financial center. The competition between the six provinces in the middle area is very fierce, but the financial centre＆#39;s location still needs strict research and argumentation. On account of the urban competitiveness theory, this paper uses factor analysis method, calculates the single and the comprehensive factor score be-tween the six provincial capital in central China, and sorts. The empirical results show that the advantage of Wuhan is the largest, whether individual or comprehensive indicators. So, we come to conclusion that Wuhan is most suitable for the con-struction of regional financial center.
