摘要
介绍了自动化监控系统在某煤矿矿井水处理工程中的应用。根据矿井水反渗透处理工艺流程和自动化监控要求,分析了工艺过程中药剂投加、过滤器过滤和反冲洗、反渗透系统运行和清洗等关键工艺环节的自动控制原理,重点阐述了自动化监控系统的硬件结构以及PLC程序、触摸屏组态程序和上位机程序的设计,并给出了自动化监控系统实现的功能。应用结果表明,该监控系统运行稳定可靠、操作简单、维修方便,能够很好地保证系统的处理水量和出水水质。
The application of an automatic monitoring system for mine drainage water treatment at a coal mine was introduced. According to the requirements for reverse osmosis treatment process of mine drainage water and automatic monitoring, the principles of automatic control for key technologies such as chemical dosing, filtering and baekwashing of filters, and operating and flushing of reverse osmosis sys- tem were analyzed. The hardware structure and program designs for PLC, touch screen and host computer were discussed, and the functions of the automatic monitoring system were presented. The engineering application results showed that the automatic monitoring system had the characteristics of stable and relia- ble operation, simple controls and convenient maintenance, and could guarantee good water yield and ef- fluent quality for the water treatment system.
