摘要
考察了溶剂配比、聚合物浓度对聚丙烯腈(PAN)微滤膜纯水通量、污染速率和孔隙率的影响,并将无机纳米SiO2与PAN材料共混制备无机/有机共混膜,研究了共混膜的基本特性和抗有机污染特性。结果表明,当溶剂A与B的配比为3∶2、PAN浓度为13%时,PAN微滤膜成膜性能较优;纳米SiO2的添加可使PAN微滤膜的纯水通量提高1.3倍、孔隙率增加9.8%、污染速率降低74%,并且对强疏水性和中性亲水性有机污染物的抗污染能力得到增强。
The effects of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)concentration and the solvent ratios on mem-brane pure water flux,fouling rate and porosity were investigated.An organic-inorganic blend membrane was prepared by blending inorganic nano-sized SiO2 and PAN.The characteristics of blend membrane and its resistance to organic fouling were studied.Experimental results indicated that when the solvent A:B=3:2 and PAN=13%,the properties of PAN membranes were superior.The addition of nano-sized SiO2 in PAN membrane could improve the pure water flux by 1.3 times,increase the porosity by 9.8%and decrease the fouling rate by 74%.The resistance of the membrane to fouling by strong hydrophobic and neutral hydrophilic parts of organic compounds was enhanced.
