摘要
目的:探讨老年患者脊柱术后神志异常的辨证护理方法。方法:对老年腰椎管狭窄症术后发生神志异常的15例患者进行辨证施护,3日后采用精神障碍疗效评判标准评价护理效果。结果:15例患者中14例痊愈,1例症状减轻,持续1周后痊愈。结论:对老年腰椎管狭窄症患者术后出现的神志异常进行辨证施护,方法可靠,效果满意。
Objective： To survey the method of syndrome differentiation and care for senile patients with emotional disorder after spinal surgery. Methods： All 15 senile patients were nured based on syndrome differentiation and care, the effects of the care were assessed with clinical efficacy assessment of emotional disorder in three days. Results： There were 14 cases cured, one case relieved and cured in one week among all the patients. Conclusion： Syndrome differentiation and care for senile patients are reliable and satisfactory.
