摘要
目的:探讨脐疗治疗便秘的药物功效规律,为临床脐疗治疗便秘的组方遣药提供指导。方法:以《中华医典》为古代文献检索源检索脐疗治疗便秘的相关条文,以中国知网数据库为现代文献检索源检索1979—2011年脐疗治疗便秘的现代文献,进行统计分析。结果:泻下药明显居多,占184频次,其次为补虚药60频次,解表药56频次,理气药54频次,脐疗治疗便秘用药频次在前10位的药物为大黄、芒硝、枳实、厚朴、盐、葱、皂角刺、冰片、当归、黄芪。结论:文献中应用脐疗治疗便秘主要选用泻下类药物,以大黄、芒硝为主。
Objective： To provide guidance for the formula and herbs composition of umbilical therapy in treating constipation by exploring the rules. Methods： The related items and papers about umbilical therapy in treat- ing constipation were searched in ZhongHua YiDian as ancient literature and CNKI as modern literature （from 1979 to 2011）, analyzed statistically. Results： Purgating drugs appeared mostly at a frequency of 184 times, the next showed the drugs of tonification at a frequency of 60, the drugs of relieving the exterior at a frequency of 56, the drugs of regulating Qi at a frequency of 54, the top ten kinds of drugs showed in umbilical therapy for constipation were DaHuang （rheum palmatum L.）, MangXiao （mirabilite）, ZhiShi（ Citrus aurantium L.）, HouPo（Magnolia officinalis Rehd et Wils.）, salt, green Chinese onion, saponin, borneol, DangGui （Angulica sinensis） and HuangQi （astragalus root）. Conclusion： The drugs found in umbilical therapy against constipation are ofpurgating drugs, mainly DaHuang and MangX iao.
