摘要
目的:优选出三黄巴布剂基质的最佳配比。方法:采用均匀设计法,以成型巴布剂基质的黏着力、外观评价、皮肤追随性为指标进行基质配比的优选。结果:优选出三黄巴布剂的基质配比为甘油∶PVA∶氧化锌∶明胶∶氮酮=60.85∶19.01∶6.85∶9.89∶3.41。结论:采用均匀设计方法可以有效指导实验,并可减少实验次数;三黄巴布剂的基质配比简单,稳定,可大力推广。
Objective: To optimize matrix formula of SanHuang cataplasm. Methods: The adhesion, appear- ance evaluation and skin tracing ability of the matrix for SanHuang cataplasm were taken as the indexes to optimize the matrix formula of cataplasm by uniform design method. Results: The best ratio of SanHuang cataplasm was as follows: glycerin: PVA: zinc oxide: gelatin: azone=60.85:19.01:6.85:9.89:3.41. Conclusion: Uniform design method could be applied to the guidance of experiments effectively and reduce the times of experiment; SanHuang cataplasm could be used widely since is matrix formula simple and stable.
