摘要
介绍李发枝教授运用三合汤治疗疑难病症的临床经验。三合汤由当归芍药散、鸡鸣散、防己黄芪汤三方加减而成,具有理气利水、补气活血的作用,认为临床中表现有气滞湿阻、气虚血瘀病症者,均可用该方随症加减。
LI Fazhi＇s experience in treating incurable diseases with Sanhe Decoction （Triple Combination Decocion, 三合汤） was discussed in this article. Sanhe Decoction is composed of Danggui Shaoyao Powder （Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder,当归芍药散） , Jiming Powder （Cockcrow Powder, 鸡鸣散） and Fangji Huangqi Decoc- tion （Fangji and Astragalus Decoction, 防已黄芪汤）. Sanhe Decoction can rectify qi, disinhibit water, supplement qi and quicken the blood. Sanhe Decoction （三合汤） is applicable to patients with qi stagnation damp obstruction and qi deficiency blood tasis pattern
