摘要
进行了上海市污水处置现状分析 ,明确了污水外排选址的重要意义。为实现城市的可持续发展 ,结合上海市实际外环境 。
The importance for determination of environmental capacity within maritime space close to Shanghai and the selecting spots of wastewater outfall is analyzed concerning the present situation of municipal wastewater disposition. In order for the sustainable development of the city, some ideas and suggestions are committed on and will be useful for the plan to be carried outside combined with the factual outside environment in Shanghai.
