摘要
为更好地了解麒麟火焰兰组培苗的移栽特性,以其有根和断根的组培苗为材料,采用3种不同基质进行移栽试验,研究不同基质及断根对麒麟火焰兰组培苗成活率及生长的影响。结果表明:3种不同基质移栽成活率均达100%,水苔基质栽培效果最好,且大苗移栽更有利于苗的生根及后续生长发育。断根的麒麟火焰兰小苗用水苔基质移栽,10d左右可长出新根,生长良好。火焰兰组培苗较易发生不定根,移栽成活率高。
In order to preferably know about the transplant characteristics of Renanthera Qilin,three mediums were used for transplanting using tissue culture plantlets with or without roots.The results showed that the survival rates of three mediums all reach 100% and the best medium was sphagnum. Bigger seedlings were better for rooting and growing.Rootless Renanthera Qilin seedlings could grow new roots in 10 days when planted in sphagnum and grew well.This research indicated that tissue culture plantlets of Renanthera are easy to grow adventitious roots and have high survival rate.
